Las Vegas hotel prices can look very different from one booking site to the next, and the nightly rate is only part of the story. If you plan to stay at one of the Caesars Entertainment resorts, the Caesars Rewards loyalty programme adds another layer: every dollar you spend on a room booked directly with Caesars can count towards your annual status.

This guide explains how that works for travellers who are mainly interested in the hotel side of a trip. All details come from the Caesars Rewards pages on the company’s website as seen on 25 October 2026, and the programme’s rules can change. You can browse current room deals on the Caesars Las Vegas offers page.

What Is Caesars Rewards?

Caesars Rewards is the loyalty scheme for the company’s resorts and casinos across the United States. In Las Vegas the Caesars brand includes Caesars Palace, Paris Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood and The LINQ, among others. Members earn two types of credit. Reward Credits are a spending currency, while Tier Credits decide your status level for the year.

That distinction matters. According to Caesars, Tier Credits determine your tier and are different from Reward Credits, so a stay that builds your status is not the same thing as building a balance to spend.

How Hotel Stays Earn Tier Credits

Caesars states that you earn 1 Tier Credit for every $1 spent on hotel room rates and resort fees when you reserve directly with Caesars. The company adds that upgrades and room charges during your stay may not count. Booking through a third-party site is therefore worth thinking about, because the credits are linked to direct reservations.

Caesars also says members earn 1 Tier Credit for every $1 on dining, shopping and participating hotel services such as pool and spa. Tier Credits also come from casino play, but this guide focuses on the non-gambling routes.

The Tier Levels at a Glance

Your Tier Credits are added up for the calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December, and reset to zero each 1 January. These are the levels as published by Caesars.

TierTier Credits needed in a calendar year
Gold0 to 4,999
Platinum5,000 to 14,999
Diamond15,000 to 24,999
Diamond Plus25,000 to 74,999
Diamond Elite75,000 to 149,999
Seven Stars150,000 and above (invitation only)

At 1 Tier Credit per $1, a stay costing $1,500 in room rate and resort fees would give 1,500 credits from the hotel alone. Reaching Platinum at 5,000 therefore takes several stays or a mix of hotel, dining and other spend. It is simple arithmetic, but a useful reality check before you chase a tier.

Which Perks Matter for Hotel Guests?

Caesars lists a range of benefits by tier on its benefits overview page. Several are aimed at hotel guests, and these are the ones to look for:

  • No resort fees: Caesars lists this for Diamond and Seven Stars members, where applicable, for one room per stay. The company notes that the amenities covered by resort fees vary by location.
  • Guaranteed room: a room guaranteed with 72 hours notice in Las Vegas and Atlantic City is listed among the programme’s benefits.
  • Early check-in and late check-out: complimentary, based on availability.
  • Airfare credit: Diamond Elite and Seven Stars members who earn at least 75,000 Tier Credits in 2025 or 2026 may qualify for a $600 airfare credit to Las Vegas, with a two-night minimum stay and conditions that Caesars sets out.

Benefits differ between tiers and some are subject to availability, so read the rules for the tier you are aiming for rather than relying on a summary like this one.

Resort Fees: Check Before You Book

Resort fees are charged per night at many Las Vegas Strip hotels, and they are added on top of the advertised room rate. The amount varies by resort and by date, and Caesars has said the fees cover amenities that differ by location. Because fees change, we have not listed amounts here. Check the total price, including taxes and fees, at the booking stage and compare that figure between resorts.

Choosing a Caesars Resort in Las Vegas

Each resort has its own character, and the best choice depends on what you want to do. As a rough guide based on the facilities Caesars describes on its resort pages:

  • Caesars Palace: the classic option, with the Qua Baths and Spa and a pool complex including the Garden of the Gods area.
  • Paris Las Vegas: Eiffel Tower themed, with the Soleil pool deck and a viewing deck in the tower.
  • The LINQ: next to the High Roller wheel, with a day pool and an attractions-led location.
  • Planet Hollywood: a Strip-front resort with its own shows and nightlife venues.

Since all of them sit in the same loyalty network, the credits you earn at one count towards the same annual tier as the others.

Offers and Packages

Caesars regularly runs room offers and packages for Las Vegas, with dates and availability that change from week to week. We do not list any specific deal here because they come and go. The Caesars Las Vegas deals page shows what is currently on sale for your dates.

A Note on Age and Responsible Play

Caesars Rewards is closely tied to casino play, and gambling is for adults only. You must be 21 or older to gamble in Las Vegas. If you choose to play, set a budget in advance and treat it as the cost of entertainment. Anyone concerned about their gambling in the United States can call the National Problem Gambling Helpline on 1-800-GAMBLER.

Final Thoughts

Used sensibly, Caesars Rewards can add value to a Las Vegas hotel stay, particularly if you book directly and care about perks such as late check-out or waived resort fees at higher tiers. Treat the credits as a bonus rather than a reason to spend more, check the full rules for your tier and compare the total price before you commit. Start with the current rates on the official Caesars site.
